Prof. Eric Ulhmann

Professor of Organisational Behaviour

Biography

Eric Luis Uhlmann conducts research on stereotyping and discrimination, moral judgments and behaviors, teams, decision making, negotiations, and cross-cultural differences in values. His co-authored papers with his many wonderful collaborators have appeared in outlets such as Nature, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Psychological Bulletin, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Perspectives on Psychological Science, the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Cognition, Organizational Research Methods, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Psychological Science, among others. Eric's teaching interests include organizational behavior, teams, influence and persuasion, negotiations, diversity, cross cultural management, and decision making, among others. He received a PhD in social psychology from Yale University in 2006.
