Biography

Dr. Webb-Robertson is currently the technical group manager of the Applied Statistics and Computational Modeling group, as well as leading a research portfolio focused on the development and application of advanced statistical methods for mass spectrometry-based omics analyses. Her research interests includes the development of statistical inference models, largely machine learning, focused on data integration with application to diverse biomarker discovery problems. Dr. Webb-Robertson has a BA in mathematics from Eastern Oregon University, an MSC in statistics and operations research, and a PhD in decision sciences and engineering systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is an experienced leader who is passionate about serving and leading teams and focusing research on continually improving methodologies and algorithms to deliver high-quality technical results and create compelling stories from data.
