Biography

A senior fellow and the Marvin Bower Professor of Leadership Development, Emeritus, at Harvard Business School. He co-developed the Balanced Scorecard, the Activity-Based Costing and the Execution Premium Process which are leading global methodologies for strategic management. He currently works with Prof Michael Porter on the Value Based Health Care initiative and is applying his strategy execution framework to help organizations create and implement shared value strategies that generate strong financial returns while transforming socio-economic conditions. Dr Kaplan has authored or co-authored 14 books and more than 175 papers.
