In this session, Dr. Henshaw will discuss the impact of rapid change and disruption on people and organizations.

Leaders inspire, build capacity in others, lead transformations, and motivate bold action in the face of uncertainty and rapid change. Dr. Henshaw will use the example of a crisis situation to guide the audience through a discussion of: the impact of ambiguity and uncertainty on individual motivation and performance the characteristics and qualities of effective leaders in challenging environments the leader behavior and action that build confidence demonstrates a caring attitude and communicates great expectations the styles of leadership that promote adaptive capacity and innovation in organizations.
