In this session, we will consider ways in which students in higher education can feel authentically connected with their learning and with one another, whether they are meeting face-to-face or online.
Professor Dilly Fung will explore some key pedagogic principles and apply them to the new conditions to which higher education is rapidly adjusting in 2020. She will link principles of ‘good’ learning with themes such as social identity, motivation, inclusion, belonging and wellbeing – all vitally important in a digital world.
