Saif Uddin is a Senior Research Scientist at Environmental and Life Sciences Research Center at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR). He holds a PhD from Boston University. For the past two decades, Dr. Saif is looking at contaminant transport and turnaround in the environment. He has initiated Ocean Acidification and Climate Change Research at KISR since 2004. His current research interest is focusing on the effect of OA-OW on the marine environment. Saif has worked on trophic transfer of contaminants under changing environmental baselines. Dr. Saif has led over 70 projects as Project Leader/Principal Investigator. He has published over 80 papers in peer reviewed International Journals of high impact. Dr. Saif has obtained three utility patents during past five years.
