Mr. Rudin is the Director of the Board on Higher Education and Workforce (BHEW) at the National Academy of Science (NAS), a position he has held for three years. Prior to joining the NAS, he was Senior Vice President for advocacy, government relations and development at the College Board from 2006 to 2014. In the early 1990s, Mr. Rudin was a Visiting Instructor at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He has also worked for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the United States. He holds degrees from Purdue University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
