Prof. Linnea Gandhi coaches students and executives to understand and design for the nature, causes, and implications of human decision-making patterns. She teaches Managerial Decision Making (a course introducing students to heuristics and biases, nudging, and experimentation), Choice Architecture in Practice (a lab where students collaborate with businesses to design solutions motivated by psychology, and run experiments to test impact), and Strategic Uncertainty (a course drawing on philosophy, psychology, and statistics to tackle singular, complex business questions) at Chicago Booth. Beyond the classroom, Professor Gandhi brings these same topics to bear in her work at Behavioral Sight, a boutique consultancy she founded to help business leaders improve rationality through workshops, process and product redesigns, and decision tools.
