Biography

Prof. Kevin Marsh of the Nuffield Department of Medicine at Oxford University, and The African Academy of Sciences, is a Laureate of the Al-Sumait Prize for African Development in the field of Health. Prof. Marsh will talk about his research and practical experiences of delivering healthcare to examine the dramatic changes in health across Africa over the last thirty years including progress in controlling infectious diseases and improving child survival rates.
