Dr. Farida is a renowned Consultant Interventional Cardiologist, celebrated for her foundational roles in the field of cardiology within Kuwait and beyond. With an educational background including an MD, a Ph.D in Clinical Cardiovascular Medicine from the Royal Postgraduate Medical School affiliated with Imperial College of London, fellowship with the International College of Angiology, USA, and membership in the British Cardiac Society, Dr. AlHabib has significantly contributed to cardiac healthcare. She is the visionary founder and former director of several pivotal institutions, including the Sabah AlAhmad Cardiac Center (SACC), the Cardiac Interventional Department at Kuwait Armed Forces Hospital, and the interventional Cardiac Department at Dar Al Shifa Hospital.
