Most of us have heard of the term “Win-Win”. However, most people also seem to have a poor understanding of what win-win means and that can be hurting their negotiation ability and their deals.

In this talk, you will be able to get a clear distinction between what most people believe to be win-win and what it entails. Senior Affiliate Professor of Decision Sciences at INSEAD Prof. Horacio Falcão will also be sharing some advice to help those interested in negotiating win-win to shed some of the myths and embrace more realistic win-win moves towards better outcomes.
