Duaij S. AlRukaibi is assistant professor of civil engineering, in Kuwait University. He is also a geo-environmental and GIS-Remote Sensing infrastructure development Consultant. Experience in design of geosynthetic lined landfills, Waste contaminated, Soil Remediation and environmental impact assessment. He holds a PhD in civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin Dr. Duaij is also a certified associate Planners of infrastructure development in GIS by Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI); a certified LEED Green Associated by The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC); a certified Engineering-GIS professional by GIS center in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has several peer-reviewed papers.
