Climate change poses a serious and sustained threat to global development and efforts to end poverty.
As the most water scarce, food insecure, hydrocarbon dependent and energy subsidized region in the world, the Middle East and North African region is highly vulnerable to climate change. The session will seek to generate discussion with the audience on areas that are most relevant to Kuwait.
